My wife and I were recently on our way back to Canada from Florida when our Audi developed a disturbing shudder. Robert Diaz couldn't have been more welcoming and understanding of our situation and immediately had one of the mechanics diagnose that we had a tire balancing problem. Although we were unable to get work done on the vehicle they were able to confirm we did not have a mechanical or safety issue as long as we drove at a reasonable speed for the remainder of our journey to Ottawa. The politeness and responsiveness of Robert and his team couldn't have been more professional and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank them - they are a credit to your dealership! They completely alleviated our anxiety and reinforced our view that cross-border friendship and mutual support is still alive! More
