Dropped our Audi RS7 off yesterday for turbo oil screen recall. They did not have any loaner vehicles available, however, provided my wife with a complimentary Uber back to our home. Advisor Raymond Elsworth got everything checked in quickly and efficiently, and explained that it could take a couple of days to complete the recall. We received an email today with a video (which I thought was really cool) from technician Ben Brown showing us that the turbos had no issues and would not need to be replaced, and a call a couple hours later to let us know that the work was complete and vehicle was ready to be picked up. Top notch facility and knowledgeable staff. More
