New A4 I was referred to Ken Bourne at Audi Norwell; I was looking at the Volvo and A4. I have had Volvo’s for 15 years. Ken listened to my needs understood I was referred to Ken Bourne at Audi Norwell; I was looking at the Volvo and A4. I have had Volvo’s for 15 years. Ken listened to my needs understood my budget and showed me the A4 that best fit into my needs. I live very close to an Audi dealer closer to me, but the trip was well worth it. Ken took his time explaining the features and controls of the A4, and explained that we will get together again to review and answer questions that I will have over the next few weeks. The Audi A4 was nicer than the new Volvo so I am very with my purchase. It is certainly worth the experience to go to Audi Norwell and ask for Ken. More

Nike was the perfect sales person I had arrived to have a damaged tire on my 2016 Q5 While there I wondered into the showroom and looked at The Q5. Nick came over to point out all new Q5. I mentioned I was not in the market to replace my 2016 car. The next day when I returned the loaner car and picked up my car, Nike asked if I had time to test drive the 2018. Long story short nick was a very good listener, a class act. I was very particular on the color, interior and extras. I knew exactly what I wanted and I did not want to make the 150 mile drive on I found this car online and it was exactly as described by Audi Norwell. He was able to answer all my questions about any of the features which I was unfamiliar with. I have been driving Audis exclusively since 1985 and find them to be a good value for the money spent. Excellent customer service and sales person When I started the search for a new car, I did my due diligence and test drove four different vehicles at four manufacturers. I pretty quickly narro When I started the search for a new car, I did my due diligence and test drove four different vehicles at four manufacturers. I pretty quickly narrowed it down to two, the Audi Q5 and a comparable SUV. There were factors to consider besides just the car, including the ability to work with the salesperson and staff to get the car I wanted without the high pressure sales tactics as well as the future service relationship I would have with the dealership. I was very upfront with Nicke Losee, the salesperson I dealt with about what I liked about both SUVs. Besides being extremely knowledgeable about the Audi, he was also very knowledgeable about the differences in the two SUVs that actually lead me to make the decision to go with the Q5. When my husband and I were ready to finalize the transaction, Nick was a complete professional and worked to get us the price we were comfortable with. Circumstances were such that we were not going to be able to take delivery when the car was ready and there were no runners available, so Nick drove the car to my home. He has been very responsive to questions and has assured me I can call whenever I have a question or issue and he will take care of it. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and the customer service at Audi Norwell is very impressive. I would recommend Audi Norwell and Nick Losee to anyone. More

Nick Losee was the first salesman that came over to me and was extremely nice and a very good listener. I told him what was important for me to have in the vehicle and he helped me identify the right Audi vehicle and the interior package within my price range. The dealership on a whole was straightforward and didn't waste any time getting the deal done. I found Nick Losee to be amazing in answering all my questions, particularly with technology that comes with the Audi product. Instead of handing me the maual, Nick actually spent time showing me how to use it. It was an overall great experience! More
