Rude, not truthful We were in the market for a used Audi A5. This dealership had what we were looking for, so we were willing to drive 4.5 hours to buy (cash). We told him that we were very concerned about the condition of the vehicle, as we were driving 4.5 hours to see it. So we asked for close up photos of any imperfections, so we knew what we were getting into before we made the long trip. They obliged with some cell phone photos, which showed a few scratches. I did see on the listing photo that one of the rims was bent (which Ryan said he did not know about), but he did send me a close up of the bent rim. From what we could see the car looked okay, and we made the assumption that since it was at an Audi Dealer, that it would have been gone through carefully for any mechanical or structural issues. When we arrived, at first glance the car looked okay. But right before we went to talk pricing, my husband noticed a shadow coming from the edge of the hood. Turns out the hood was completely out of alignment, as well as the right headlight. It is obvious that damage had occurred to the right side of the car, probably when the rim was bent. We could not know what other damage might be unseen. We brought this concern to the sales manager, and he lowered the price by only a small amount (definitely not enough to compensate for the damage) and then reminded us over and over that they were closing and that the finance staff “leaves right at 8:00”. The sales manager came off as rude, and not at all customer oriented, considering the luxury market that this dealership is trying to compete in. Combine this with an insulting low-ball offer on my trade-in and a very shoddy detail job (wrappers left between the seats, smeary glass, dirt in the cupholders) we were very disappointed with this dealership. If they missed disclosing this damage to the vehicle, what else did their service department miss or intentionally not disclose? Obviously their detail department is also lacking. Our dealerships in Kansas City are much more detail-oriented and have amazing customer service. This dealership is a disgrace to the Audi name. I would never buy from them. More

Even after we agreed to the deal and picked up the car, they willingly agreed to make the tint darker....definitely showed they cared about making us feel very happy about buying the car. I have continued to check on line and based upon what I see we got a Great deal!!!! So glad we chose this dealership. More

Dishonest Salesmen My father, Hussein, purchased a car from Darrell, and was the worst experience of my life. Purchased the car a couple weeks ago and had it delivered today. Was told it would be filled with gas, cleaned, come with a 30 day plate. None of those promises were met and when asked if there were any damages he said no. Come to find there were countless scuffs on the car in addition to a broken trim on the back left window. We noted it upon delivery but Darrell refused to make it right. He also claimed that the car got dirty from shipment, but the shipping company noted that the car was dirty in their pickup notes. Following this, we are filing an official complaint with USAGov against Audi Oklahoma City Dealership. More
