Shawn was helpful & supportive - and we were very impressed with Audi Ontario's willingness to allow us to test drive the Q8 home and back overnight. We were NOT impressed being passed on to finance alone - we "guessed" that we needed to be on the 2nd floor and not the third, no idea who we were supposed to meet, and where his office was. Eventually, Dean hollered at us from his chair in his office that he was "ready for us". We would have thought he would come out to the waiting area, introduce himself, and escort us into his office. The purchase paperwork started off rocky as Dean had the wrong paperwork on the agreed deal and terms. The new car orientation missed a few steps - including setting up the audi connect process (which I am still fighting days later), setting up the Key user, etc. However, we are quite pleased with the car itself and Audi Ontario overall.
