Erik Garcia was extremely helpful in servicing our Audi Q7. There was an issue with our brakes and we needed a tire rotation. I also thought there was a problem with locking and unlocking our vehicle witho Q7. There was an issue with our brakes and we needed a tire rotation. I would like to thank service manager Luis Macias. The service provided from Audi Ontario was superb a very easy process. Received an email regarding the repairs needed decided to proceed with those repairs as they were still covered under the warranty. Luis Macías and his team there at Audi Ontario had a loaner vehicle ready for me to go. Which by the way I happened love the 2019 A4 a newer model then mine.. Was just wow... So smooth. However I did miss my Audi A4 and when it was ready again an easy process to pick it up. Repairs were done on my vehicle and it feels great.
