Jhovan Coronado has excellent service. He made my first time car purchase transparent fast and easy. I’m beyond happy with my 2017 q 5. After looking thru my unions car buying program I found the car I was interested in. I made an inquiry for a quote with my union discount and received a call within 2 mins. My appointment was setup for 15 minutes after my phone call. Upon arrival there wasn’t anybody to greet us outside. I called reception and Jhovan was there within 5 minutes. He showed me the q7 I was interested in and we took it for a test drive. I then went on to look at an A6 and was undeceived. My brother proceeds to ask if there’s a q7 with more features around the same price. Jhovan found me a 2015 q7 with a lot more features the one I wanted has. While I made up my mind we ran numbers and it was such a quick process. Although my credit is not great he got me approved with something I was very happy with. My brother left and Jhovan offered to take me home so I could pick up my down payment which was very nice of him and also my son so he could help me decide. It was past closing time and I didn’t feel pressured to make a choice, he gave me all the time I needed to make my final decision. After that it took about 30 mins to finish the process.
