What a Ruckus Let me start off by saying that Jay (the sales rep) had me going through an emotional roller coaster the entire time! He called me a day ago to tell me the car I had been looking for about a month was on their lot waiting for me. I told him about the deal I was looking for and how I had been turned down from four other Audi dealerships. Long story short, he convinced me that the deal I wanted was set and ready to go when i arrived. Day comes for me to go visit him. I advised him that i was about 100 miles away from his dealership and did not want to waste my time driving there for no deal. He assured me all was going to go flawless, he even sent me a video of my car waiting for me with a cute sticker on the windshield!-- Superb sales tactic. I arrive... 7:30 pm after a 2 hour drive. He tells me the car I was there for had just been sold! I nearly walked out. He and the sales manager however assured me they had a back up plan. Needless to say Jay and Chris literally covered me and made sure I got the car I wanted. I truly am grateful for Jay- coming in on his day off to make sure I received my car with the price I wanted. Chris for supporting Jay in finding a backup and providing the best price possible. With all the ruckus, I was in and out in about 2 hours! Quickest sale I have ever been in.
