When finally deciding to take the plunge, I researched all vehicles in the luxury compact SUV class and about 7 met my criteria on performance, cost and safety. After visiting the 7 different dealerships and 9 test drives - I decided on the Audi Q3 and Audi Ontario. This decision was based on two strong factors - the car is fantastic, so happy with the choice, but without question after all those visits Audi Ontario customer service and knowledge of the buying experience providing by Jay Baik was exceptional. Far far exceeded all other dealerships that I met over those few days. Once we started to narrow down the right vehicle and options, Audi Ontario continued to pursue the exact right fit for me. In addition to the awesome support from Jay, working with Chris Blair and John Scholz was great, I always felt like my satisfaction was the top goal at Audi Ontario - and was never made uncomfortable while we were going through the negotiation process. In fact, through the process Jay stayed in communication with me via email and text - providing pictures and options to finalize my decision - without bombarding me with irrelevant hard core sales pitches (which many of the other dealers did do....) The last highlight was the night I went to pick up my car - they had it prepped in its own staging area - very cool!! This was a such a great way to get into my new car. Great experience - came home with an awesome A6 I visited Audi of Ontario for the first time this past Sunday. I was on my 5th Audi and it was time for a new one. Having bought all of my other Aud I visited Audi of Ontario for the first time this past Sunday. I was on my 5th Audi and it was time for a new one. Having bought all of my other Audis from the same dealer over the past 14 years, I wasn't sure I'd buy from here. I met Jay Baik when I walked in. He was very pleasant and super low pressure. I wasn't sure which model I wanted yet, I was kind of all over the place, so he was kind enough to pull out several models so I can sit and play. Jay took the time to explain all of the new features on the new 2019 A6, and point out the differences between the different packages. He spent a couple of hours with me, never once pushing me to "close the deal". I told Jay what I was looking for, not only in a car, but in the deal. Since it was closing time, we shook hands and agreed to talk soon. The next day Jay called me and offered me a deal that was exactly what I wanted. i was sold. Jay and Kevin (sales manager), made sure that the entire process was seamless from start to finish. They started the paper work as I was on my way to the dealer to save time. They were true to their word, the deal was exactly as discussed and they didn't try to pull any surprises nor sell me "paint protectant" or anything like that. This is exactly the experience that I expect from a quality dealer and luxury brand. Oh... one more thing. they have this cool "delivery room" attached to the show room. Think of it like a luxury garage space, where they bring your car (once it's been detailed) to hand it off. Nice touch. They will definitely get another opportunity to earn my business again in the future. And if Jay is still there, I'm sure it will happen! More

I was on a search to buy a new car and I was having a difficult time finding the right car for me to buy. I came in to Audi of Ontario just to test drive and see the Q5. I ended up falling in love with it and felt it was the car I needed to buy. My dream car became my car I came into Audi just to look and test drive the Q7. When I came in Leo was so friendly he helped me and end up helping me get my Q7. I came in a couple of weeks ago to look at the brand.
