I had initially thought that this was due to worn out control arms. Service Advisor Chris Davila and Technician Darrin Bitterolf were able to diagnose the problem, which was due to worn engine mounts that had leaked hydraulic fluid. This was a crucial part to replace, and now the car is back to its former smooth ride. Thanks, Darrin and Chris! More

Dana Clayton was the Sales Manager and was extremely anxious to help us get the car orde We purchased a new Q8 through the Ontario Audi dealership. Dana Clayton was the Sales Manager and was extremely anxious to help us get the car ordered and priced right. We had not had a positive interaction with other local Audi Dealers. The Q8 is a very complicated car with a multitude of options in its controls for driving, safety, information, and entertainment. My wife was initially so overwhelmed when we got the car that she was ready to return it!! However we were given an appt with Raymundo Lopez to get us on our feet. We met with him on three sessions, and I have now talked with him on his cell phone numerous times. Bottom line: my wife now loves the car & is totally excited about completely engaging in the options it offers. This would never have happened without Raymundo. He was well dressed, clean, and enthusiastic. He was extremely polite, patient, and understanding. His dynamic enthusiasm and training came through and saved the day. We went through the various aspects of the vehicle systems and interfaces one by one with a very compassionate and patient attitude. He was happy to repeat and review areas as needed. Finally he made himself readily available by phone to continue to help in the future as well. He is a great asset to the Audi organization and to the Ontario dealership in particular. My wife and I cannot express how his positive attitude, excitement , and desire to help us really made this auto purchase a wonderful experience for us both and has us extremely enthusiastic and excited about our new Q8! It was time FIRST, A LITTLE HISTORY. I purchased my 2013 Audi Q7 at a dealership that will remain un-named, and I had always had my car serviced there. At 25k m FIRST, A LITTLE HISTORY. I purchased my 2013 Audi Q7 at a dealership that will remain un-named, and I had always had my car serviced there. At 25k miles, that dealership told me I needed new brakes and rotors. I went home and removed the wheels, measured the calipers and found them to have plenty of remaining disc thickness above Audi's service recommendation. I drove the car another 25k miles before needing them replaced. At my 45k service, they told me I needed a new battery at a cost of 650 dollars. I refused, having no indication at all that the battery was about to fail. I did take the car to another Audi dealer as well as a European auto repair center that services Audi and was told my battery was fine. Also, since the day my car was purchased, I averaged maybe 14 to 16 MPG and always complained at every service about the low fuel mileage. Always told that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. At the 45k service I was told my fuel canister had a leak and needed repair. Of course it was out of warranty but I went ahead and had them repair it for 650 dollars. Since that repair, my mileage has averaged 16-18.5 MPG. AND THEN I FOUND AUDI ONTARIO: I just had the 65k service completed by Audi Ontario and couldn't be happier. Chris Davila was my consultant and was super helpful. I had the tires replaced, a 4 wheel alignment and the service completed. They did find a leaky water pump, so it was repaired as well. Chris and the staff were honest and fair. I did have them check the battery and yes, it still does not need to be replaced. Overall, I had a great experience here and again, Chris was the best. I will certainly return back to Audi Ontario for my future Audi service needs. More

Chris Davilia, had helped me out on previous times and scheduled my visit. once I arrived he had a technician waiting to accompany me on a drive to explain and identify the noise. the check in was smooth and very professional.
