I was very impressed how he was willing to shows us their inventory with no pressure in buying or leasing their vehicles. We finally saw a model that appease both myself and my wife although she was going to be the primary driver, lol. Aside from that, Leo went the extra length to make us a fair offer that we agreed to and the finance manager, dean was a pretty straight forward guy. Overall a great experience. When I came by to pick up my new car, Estevan already had the car washed, gas tank full, and had the car beautifully displayed inside of a class showroom ready for me to drive off with. Amazing Service, Wonderful People I went in looking to get an older pre-owned Audi but Raquel & Dana really helped me out and got me into a brand new 2019 Audi A4! They were super atte I went in looking to get an older pre-owned Audi but Raquel & Dana really helped me out and got me into a brand new 2019 Audi A4! They were super attentive and didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't want/need. They explained all the options very clearly and Dana was able to get me an amazing deal (personally calling Audi finance to make things work for me). Raquel was very informative, helpful and very responsive. John in financing was really great and also didn't push anything, he laid out a few options, listened to my goals and gave an honest recommendation. All & all, the experience was amazing, they helped me get out of a 2014 Ford Fusion and now I have a beautiful new car! I felt no pressure and very well taken care of. More
