Erik ran a check of the vehicle and to my surprise it had Audi care package which meant all my services needed were covered! Woo hoo, thank you Erik Garcia & Audi Ontario. FIRST SERVICE VISIT I brought my car in for the first service and was immediately greeted by Chris. I thought an oil change was needed as the car showed a reminder. C I brought my car in for the first service and was immediately greeted by Chris. I thought an oil change was needed as the car showed a reminder. Chris checked to make sure that an oil change was necessary. Turned out that a service reminder had not been reset in the car. I was 6 months early! We had a laugh about the "good news" & the issue was corrected. I'm very confident that any requests will be handled quickly & efficiently by Chris. He is a valuable asset to this Audi dealer.
