Very friendly, quick, and easy! Before visiting this dealership, my family and I had gone to other private dealerships before since they offered used cars at prices that seemed almos Before visiting this dealership, my family and I had gone to other private dealerships before since they offered used cars at prices that seemed almost too good to be true, however there was a reason why their cars were so cheap. They often had damage that wasn’t really shown in the images. Some dealerships also didn’t stay true to their price and cheated their customers. But Audi Ontario really didn’t hide anything and stayed true to their online price instead of the price that was placed on the window of the car (it was a $1000 difference). Ian Smith also helped with all our questions on the background by showing us the full history of the car fax which really influenced our final decision. Their service staff’s attitude really did reflect their luxurious dealership. More

Excellent Service Impressive service department personnel. The other evening about an hour before the service department closed for the day, l drove in to Walter’s Aud Impressive service department personnel. The other evening about an hour before the service department closed for the day, l drove in to Walter’s Audi - Ontario with a rough running engine. Service consultant, Adrian Madrid, assisted me in taking my A4 in for review by their service department technician. Adrian and his technician inspected & made adjustments to my A4. By the time they were completed, it was more than an hour after their usual closing time. They advised and affected interim service which corrected my engine problem. I was impressed with their high level of customer service, courtesy and professionalism . That’s genuine customer service above and beyond what is normally expected. Walter’s Audi Ontario and Adrian are now my “go to” dealer for excellent service. More

He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, not pushy what so ever, and listened to what I wanted. I've never had an Audi before and didn't know exactly what I wanted. Estevan was very patient and explained everything in detail. At the end of our conversation, I knew I was going to get an Audi. He made the process quick and easy. His communication was great and I will definitely be referring him to my family and friends. Overall, I had an awesome experience and so happy about my new Q7! More
