Very friendly, quick, and easy! Before visiting this dealership, my family and I had gone to other private dealerships before since they offered used cars at prices that seemed almos Before visiting this dealership, my family and I had gone to other private dealerships before since they offered used cars at prices that seemed almost too good to be true, however there was a reason why their cars were so cheap. They often had damage that wasn’t really shown in the images. Some dealerships also didn’t stay true to their price and cheated their customers. But Audi Ontario really didn’t hide anything and stayed true to their online price instead of the price that was placed on the window of the car (it was a $1000 difference). Ian Smith also helped with all our questions on the background by showing us the full history of the car fax which really influenced our final decision. Their service staff’s attitude really did reflect their luxurious dealership. More
