Awesome Experience! I had called or visited about 4 other dealers looking for someone to order the car I wanted. I knew exactly what I wanted and was willing to wait. The other dealers tried to sell me cars they had on the lot and lost interest when I told them what I wanted to order. Jhovan was more than willing to order the car I wanted at a price I wanted too. He was a very straight shooter, never misrepresented anything, and was a no pressure sales person. Overall, Jhovan was a joy to work with. We stayed in touch with me through the whole process, could answer all my questions, and was a great representative for Audi. I've purchased cars before, but this was my first and only joyful experience buying a new car. I will recommend Audi Ontario and Jhovan to everyone looking for an Audi. I drove past numerous Audi dealers just to do business with him and I'll do it again when the time comes. Thanks Jhovan! More

Outstanding buying experience with Raquel Hernandez Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Audi Brand Specialist, Raquel Hernandez. This was in direct contrast to the reception, or lack of, we received Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Audi Brand Specialist, Raquel Hernandez. This was in direct contrast to the reception, or lack of, we received at Ontario BMW where we had just left. At BMW we waited on the new car lot for approximately 25 minutes without being approached by a salesperson although several made direct eye contact with us. Raquel was beyond helpful....never pushy and gave us plenty of time to view all of the options. She answered every question with confidence and was professional throughout our time at Audi. Once we told her specifically what we were looking for, we sat down with her regarding the particulars. Raquel informed us there was a special edition sitting on the truck but had not been processed. She called us the following day as promised and once again we were there within hours. After test driving the car we began the paperwork. Talk about someone with multitask skills—-she juggled three different customers with ease and with no stress. Raquel never allowed us to feel neglected or ignored at any time and the transaction was completed smoothly and quickly. Audi, thank you for having a phenomenal employee (Raquel) who truly cares about her customers!! More

Since the vehicle I was interested in was from their pre-owned selection, I emailed Audi Ontario regarding the availability of the vehicle. Within fifteen minutes, I was contacted by an associate and they scheduled me for a test drive, Upon arriving at the property, I was met by sales associate Brandon Clemons. Let me begin with stating that Brandon's service was nothing short of exemplary. From the small things of offering me a water or coffee to the important tasks of the test drive and helping me out with all the "bells and whistles" of the vehicle, he was truly on point. I will have to say that this was the best car buying experience that I have ever had thanks to Brandon's hard work. More

Great Customer Service In June 2018, I purchased 2015 Audi A8L, which was a Certified Pre Owned (CPO) vehicle from another dealership (approximately 50 miles away). I signe In June 2018, I purchased 2015 Audi A8L, which was a Certified Pre Owned (CPO) vehicle from another dealership (approximately 50 miles away). I signed up with Aud USA, to have Audi Ontario (7 miles away) as my local dealer, with regards to service and warranty. A few months ago, I brought the vehicle in for a minor issue. Ambar Mejia was the Service Advisor at Audi Ontario, that got the issue resolved to my satisfaction. Also, just before Christmas, the vehicle was having two (2) intermittent issues, and I brought it to Ambar Mejia again. She told me that the dealership would need to run a scan of the vehicle, in order to confirm the issues. Later that day she called to tell me that the vehicle scan identified the issues that I reported. Ambar also said that the parts were ordered to fix the issues. My vehicle was repaired quickly, and again to my satisfaction. Audi Ontario has impressed me with terrific representatives like Ambar Mejia, and with their overall great customer care. More
