We traveled a distance to purchase the car on a Friday evening and was greeted by Raymundo with such great energy and enthusiasm. He also was very knowledgeable about the Q7 we purchased. However, the finance person was not nearly as friendly and seemed to be a bit annoyed he had to stay pass closing hours. We still feel the experience that Raymundo provided left us with a positive experience overall and we love our new Audi. More
