Luis was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. There was a malfunction with my trunk hinge that was addressed during the check up. Luis had the part ordered and it was installed quickly. During both visits, I was provided with a courtesy car that I used to travel to and from work while my car was being serviced. I chose this dealership over the one I purchased my car at as I was not thrilled with the service at that particular dealership. Luis and Audi Ontario have changed my perception of Audi dealerships. I have already and would again recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
