I had been to West Covina Audi 2 times prior and could not figure out the problem on my A8 it turns out it was a cracked motor mount and trans mount thank god I took my car two Ontario got the job done and provide a wash and rental car was in and out in 30 mins after drop off More

First Service at this dealership I purchased my new Q7 in September and had my first service this past month. Luis Macias was excellent during my visit and kept me informed as I wait I purchased my new Q7 in September and had my first service this past month. Luis Macias was excellent during my visit and kept me informed as I waited for the completion of the 10,000 mile service. The dealership has been excellent ever since I walked in. My previous vehicles were a Lexus and BMW and I must say, my first experience with an Audi dealership was equal or exceeded these other luxury brand dealerships. I also must compliment Jonathan Valdovinos as he was the salesman I worked with to purchase the vehicle. He made the experience a simple and non-pressured one. We were greeted by Leo, who was nothing but professional and knowledgeable when it came to what we were looking for. From the beginning we talked to Leo about the possibility of purchasing the S4 without any promises. Leo was very understanding and allowed us to test drive without being too "pushy". He explained everything thoroughly, and escorted me up to the finance manager. When everything was filled out and signed, Jhovan took me back to my car, set up the Blue Tooth and my radio, made sure I had his cell, and told me to call with any concerns. Bought my first Audi First, the dealership is beautiful and has a complete stock of cars. Went to look at an Audi A4 and ended up sitting in one and had to test drive. Raquel Hernandez was my salesperson and from beginning to end she made the experience worthwhile. I have never felt less stress in a car dealership when purchasing a vehicle. I was provided with great options that ended up being too good to pass up and Raquel sold me my first Audi A4. 100% would recommend her. Appreciated Ramon stayed a bit late to handle our paperwork and was able to finance me through my credit union saving me a big step! More
