My Experience I never give 5 stars because I always feel there is room for improvement. I would have rated 4 but was unsatified with two things. First, the finicaed guy need to keep some comments to himself and just do his job. Second no matter if someone buys a new or used car NO wants to drive off and look at a xxxxty detail job. As long as I waited to do the paper work and what not It shouldnt have been NO reason why I should get half way home and realize how xxxxty the detailed service was. That really pissed me off 🤬🤬🤬. Besides that Zach did a good job with helping me with my purchase. Very polite and well knowledgeable about the car. Thanks Zach and his manager. Also kinda my fault but not, but I forgot to ask about the process of paying my bill since I’m financing through the dealership but I also feel like that’s something y’all should make a priority especially if y’all want your money.
