First Service at this dealership I purchased my new Q7 in September and had my first service this past month. Luis Macias was excellent during my visit and kept me informed as I wait I purchased my new Q7 in September and had my first service this past month. Luis Macias was excellent during my visit and kept me informed as I waited for the completion of the 10,000 mile service. The dealership has been excellent ever since I walked in. My previous vehicles were a Lexus and BMW and I must say, my first experience with an Audi dealership was equal or exceeded these other luxury brand dealerships. I also must compliment Jonathan Valdovinos as he was the salesman I worked with to purchase the vehicle. He made the experience a simple and non-pressured one. I had been to West Covina Audi 2 times prior and could not figure out the problem on my A8 it turns out it was a cracked motor mount and trans mount thank god I took my car two Ontario got the job done and provide a wash and rental car was in and out in 30 mins after drop off More
