Excellent customer service I took my car in for service and as soon as I pulled up someone came out to greet me and help me. Erik was the advisor who helped me and let me tell y I took my car in for service and as soon as I pulled up someone came out to greet me and help me. Erik was the advisor who helped me and let me tell you he has excellent customer service skills he is very professional and friendly. He had me out, on my way in a few minutes as I was in a rush to get out because I was getting a ride from my sister back home. Erik kept me updated on the status of my car which I very much appreciated since I was coordinating my day. All in all i was very much satisfied with the service from begging to end and I will definitely keep bringing my car back for service with him. More

We went to the Ontario Audi dealership and met with Audi Brand Specialist, Zachary White. We discussed with Zachary what we were looking for, a Q5, he showed us a Premium Plus model that we test drove. The car had the exterior/interior color combination we wanted and several options already included. Zachary made us feel very comfortable by answering all of our questions and never made us feel pressured to make a purchase. It was like talking to a friend, very relaxed, no pressure at all. We purchased the car and everyone involved with all the paperwork, etc. were all very helpful, great personalities, all made the purchase painless. We would definitely recommend Audi Ontario. More
