He did not push at any time at the sales process, helped to get the best possible trade in value for my old car. All the documents were prepared in the shortest time. John Scholz in Finance was very helpful as well, explained very clearly all available extra warranty options. The whole Audi Ontario team I dealt with was very professional and friendly.
