We were uncertain of what we wanted, but she was so kind and patient, showing us different cars, from pre-owned to brand new. We kept going back and forth from financing to leasing, to this car or that car. But Raquel never made us feel under pressure. Her extensive knowledge in all the Audi’s was impressive. And in the end my husband and I happily ended up with the car of our dreams. We are thrilled with our purchase and overall experience at Audi Ontario. I highly recommend asking for Raquel Hernandez to be by your side if you are looking for a car at Audi. More
Failure as promised when selling Audi new car We purchased a brand new Audi A5 S line with 7-year comprehensive insurance from Audi Ontario recently. At the date of purchase, the sale guy, named B We purchased a brand new Audi A5 S line with 7-year comprehensive insurance from Audi Ontario recently. At the date of purchase, the sale guy, named Brandon Clemons, told both my husband and me that this car is covered completely, including even repair of a small chip on the car by this dealer. However, after a few months, we found that the car windshield cracked itself when my husband parked the car yard under the sun at his work place. We contacted this dealer as soon as we has seen this issue. It was unbelievable that both Mr Clemons and his boss refused to fix the car. Instead of, they asked us to pay $961.32 in order to get the car fixed. We are very upset by such dishonest dealer and such bad services to their customs. I would not recommend people to go with them. More

I've gone through 6 different vehicles in the past 6 years ranging from Amin Eshaq is probably the best salesperson I've encountered at a dealership. I've gone through 6 different vehicles in the past 6 years ranging from Mercedes, BMW, and Porsche. I knew exactly what I wanted and Amin understood my needs and did not attempt to persuade me with something I was not looking for. The staff at the dealership is friendly and upfront. I would definitely recommend Amin and Audi Ontario if to anyone I know looking to get a new Audi! More

No Hassle, plenty of patience, a lot to choose from I usually use a car broker to handle my lease transactions because going to a dealership has been such a hassle, but this time was different. My lease was up in a few months so I thought I’d go kill time and look at the new Audi’s since I knew I’d be having my car broker on the hunt for a deal soon. I found the mannerism of the floor manager, Jhovan, very easy to deal with. Next thing I know, I’ve got a deal on the table that my car broker told me not to pass on. Great experience all the way around. More

Excellent customer service I took my car in for service and as soon as I pulled up someone came out to greet me and help me. Erik was the advisor who helped me and let me tell you he has excellent customer service skills he is very professional and friendly. He had me out, on my way in a few minutes as I was in a rush to get out because I was getting a ride from my sister back home. Erik kept me updated on the status of my car which I very much appreciated since I was coordinating my day. All in all i was very much satisfied with the service from begging to end and I will definitely keep bringing my car back for service with him. More
