The customer service was great, I was helped immediately when I walked in. My visit was to replace my battery which was replaced, and during the inspection I was shown my 2 front tires that were worn out an when I walked in. My husband & I drove from LA to bring our Audi in for service. Unfortunately it had to stay overnight & we were unprepared.
