Jake Narasky was our Service contact. Kept us well informed of the progress of my car. However, their upload speeds were troublesome and slow and took 2 days to download NEW MMI updates. Chris Davila was an intricate part of making my service an excellent experience. Chris greeted me with a smile, checked me in and directed me to rental. My car was assessed very thoroughly and serviced ve an excellent experience. Chris greeted me with a smile, checked me in and directed me to rental. My car was assessed very thoroughly and serviced very timely and what believed that the car wouldn’t be completed until the following day was completed the very quickly and I was able to pick my car up the same day. I initially was frustrated about the rental situation; nothing to do with the young man working the rental department more of Ontario’s “Courtesy Car” policy; however Chris Davila changed that not so pleasant situation and left me feeling with an overall exceptional customer service experience as it relates to the servicing of my car. I appreciate the car wash as well. More
