Chris Davila was an intricate part of making my service an excellent experience. Chris greeted me with a smile, checked me in and directed me to rental. My car was assessed very thoroughly and serviced very timely and what believed that the car wouldn’t be completed until the following day was completed the very quickly and I was able to pick my car up the same day. I initially was frustrated about the rental situation; nothing to do with the young man working the rental department more of Ontario’s “Courtesy Car” policy; however Chris Davila changed that not so pleasant situation and left me feeling with an overall exceptional customer service experience as it relates to the servicing of my car. I appreciate the car wash as well. More

Moving out of the area, Audi Ontario, was convenient. Sometimes convenience doesn’t always mean the best customer service. With Audi Ontario the convenience came with incredible customer service. This is exemplified in Chris Davila, Service Manager. Chris provides the professionalism and personal touch that gives Audio Ontario that five-star customer service experience. Chris is always available and ready to assist with a friendly smile that is contagious. This cascades across the service department at Audio Ontario with team members ready to accommodate in a friendly courteous manner. With the location of his desk right as you walk into the Ontario service department, Chris is the first person to greet you and the last person to make sure you were taken care of as you leave. Service team are top notch, informative, NOT heavy handed, and they’re REAL people like you and me - not selling services you don’t need. Prices reasonable (they beat the pants off anyone in a 50+ mile radius on maintenance package prices). If you’re currently going elsewhere and you’re getting the “typical”, unfortunate experience, make the switch yourself if you can, you will not regret it! More
