Very professional. He took care of me immediately & explained all that would take place. After work completed Jaime explained all that took place replacing the oil, and the car check-up! He really impressed me! What really knocked it out of the ballpark was the video sent to me showing my car & Jaime explaining all that took place changing the oil & tire rotation. Very, very impressive! Thank You Jaime, you did GREAT!!
