We were about to buy a Pre-owned Certified car, and wouldn't you know it, but there was a recall the next day after we signed all the paperwork. The dealership crunched numbers and gave us a brand new car for a little more than what we were going to pay for a used car. Joby was great to work with, didn't do the high-pressure sales (which I HATE), and called us when cars came in that fit our needs. I loved the highly professional, but chill, atmosphere.
