To make matters worse, I requested a quote to fix the Interior blower motor for the AC. I was quoted by the service rep a price of 2100. This price was almost double the price from another Bay Area Audi dealer. I would highly recommend taking you Audi to any other dealer to get non-warranty work done to your car More

Small Problem - Cascade Event Dropped my car off for a low tire pressure warning light and apparent slow leak, at 8:30am. Called for status update at 3:30p and was told tire repl Dropped my car off for a low tire pressure warning light and apparent slow leak, at 8:30am. Called for status update at 3:30p and was told tire replacement was unable to to be performed, as it was not in stock. They would put air in the tire and allow me to take it somewhere else for patching. Arrived at 5pm to get car, only to discover that technician has taken key home with them! Employee was not asked to bring it back. And no loaner service could be provided. Ended up spending 2.5 hours of my own time, getting Lyft rides, to my home, back to dealership, and a drive to home. Had to take all the paper, plastic, and protection items out of my unwashed car before driving off. Was texted the next day at 9am to let me know they had my keys. Informed them that I was home with an illness, and asked if they could deliver key to coworker two blocks away at 1830 Embarcadero; No response. Texted twice more at 1 hour intervals, and got no response. Called coworker and asked them if they would go get the key. Texted dealership that coworker would come to them and got an immediate response (3.5 hours after first text contact) Coworker brought the key home to me. Failure all around on this one guys; no ownership, no attempt to make it right, no loaner vehicle, I was expected to solve your problem (twice). Someone should look into this mess. More

This is where you’re going to have your repeat contact. I have had nothing but superb treatment from everybody at this dealership. I’ve always been under the impression they are striving to be number one. They already are in my book. Matt always tells me. “Just bring it in we’ll take care of you”. And he does. He comes out and greets me when I pull in. He’s always pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. I love that about him. If Matt is out that day I go to John Su. John is a number one service advisor too. Very knowledgeable about vehicles like Matt. I know about cars, I work on cars myself and it helps to talk to an advisor that can convey what the technicians are telling them. I love this place and I will always come back here for the best service on the peninsula. More
