Excellent test drive experience with Samuel Wong! Samuel spent the time explaining and demoing all the features of the car to us and make sure all questions are answered. Been to other Audi dealers and none spent the time explaining and demoing all the features of the car to us and make sure all questions are answered. This has to be the worse service I could have imagined. I understand they were short handed but I was told multiple stories about their problems and many of them were not consistent with each other. The final straw was the lack of Communication callbacks that never happened and inability to even leave a message. My car went in on Tuesday and it took a week until the following Tuesday to Get a general service and tire change. I was promised no later than Friday and not even a call to day would not be complete. I called Friday Saturday and Monday no response until Monday afternoon. All they needed to do is stop taking appointments and have someone let me know current appointments weee cancelled instead of how things were being handled.
