Was very impressed with the transparency in the process of leasing a new 2021 Q7. While many other dealerships played games to see how much they could get me to pay (I get it, I’m in sales, and you should of leasing a new 2021 Q7. While many other dealerships played games to see how much they could get me to pay (I get it, I’m in sales, and you should push for the highest price possible), Audi Palo Alto was quickly willing to make a deal at a reasonable price without wasting my time. I dealt with Eric Gonzalez who was knowledgeable, businesslike and respectful of my time. Would highly recommend anyone reaching out to Eric to assist in acquiring a new Audi. More

Poor experience with sales, finance, and service departments. Our lease expiry was coming up. Called Audi Palo Alto about two cars on lot. The one that was there was not quite what we wanted. Other departments. Our lease expiry was coming up. Called Audi Palo Alto about two cars on lot. The one that was there was not quite what we wanted. Other got purchased between calling at 9 AM and our test drive appointment at 10 AM. Sales guy never returned our calls about other options. Ended up leasing new Audi through Audi Stevens Creek (they were pretty good actually). Have been trying to get a hold of Audi PA's Finance team for over a month now to get balance of our Audi Care refunded. Numerous calls, no replies. Even had someone from Audi Financial call on our behalf. Ignored them too. In addition, my wife had numerous issues with getting her Q5 serviced here over the years (no heads up parts were not available for recall appointments, routine stuff taking multiple trips, etc.). All in all, just a poor experience with this dealership all around. Will not use for service or next lease again. More
