My apologies for the pricing error. We did honor the price we quoted, and we gave you the 15%. The advisors do get paid a commission but they are transparent on what every vehicle needs. The vehicle was washed and wasn't picked up for 2 days so that is why there were bird droppings on your car. My apologies for not catching that when we brought the vehicle up to you. We would like to offer you a complimentary VIP detail on your next visit or whenever you have time to drop the vehicle off to us.
