I was quoted $375 to have my transmission serviced and was told that there would be an additional 15% discount for Saturday. I made an appointment for the following Saturday. When I brought the car in I was told that there would be an additional 15% discount for Saturday. I made an appointment for the following Saturday. When I brought the car in I was quoted $500-$600 for the service. When I complained, the service advisor looked at his computer and said the price I had been quoted was the price I would pay. The impression I got is that the service advisors are paid a percentage of charges above standard. Also when I picked up the car there were bird droppings on it that were there when I dropped it off which tells me that it wasn't washed very well. More

Aaron took the time to answer my questions, explain my options clearly, and never made me feel pressured. Every detail was covered and knowing that his availability post sale for any additional assistance is a huge plus. My new 2026 Q5 is simply beautiful, in Tambora Gray Metallic, drives exceptionally well, and has reminded me why I’ve enjoyed being part of the Audi family again! I appreciate the attention to detail, transparency, and customer service I received. Thank you to everyone involved for making the experience smooth and enjoyable.
