We are sorry that you feel this way about the value of your car. As the used car market is changing rapidly at the moment. There is no requirement for you to trade the vehicle with us if other parties would pay you 10k more than we offered you ($75000) This is not in any way a sales tactic or deception. This is an upfront negotiation of value and you do not agree with our opinion of the value of your car. We have not seen your car in person. The invoice of your trade-in is $77300 and we got an offer from one of our Ford stores. So if you think the value of your 2021 F-150 Raptor should be worth more than the original MSRP as a trade-in at a dealership we are not seeing eye to eye. The epitome of gaslighting tactics in your response, very unprofessional on your part. Your dealership is clearly in desperate need of educated professionals and how to have proper sales technics. From how I see it, you have clearly demonstrated you have no clue about these vehicles, but then again you are all in the business of screwing consumers over to make your money. But, it's OK for Peabody Audi to ask $20k over MSRP? lol... Pure idiocy at it's best. Others will read this review including your leadership knowing you could have handled this better, but you chose a different path which seems to be vibe of this dealership. This is a great learning opportunity for you Jacob, and maybe the next time you pick up the phone which could have avoided all this, but I guess these days buying a $135,000.00 vehicle means nothing to you or this dealership which speaks volumes.
