Not the Best Representatives for Audi or Collision work I made the appointment with Willie Rivera at Ira Audi to drop off my 2004 S4 on Friday 8/18/17. Willie said he would be there when I arrived at 7:30A I made the appointment with Willie Rivera at Ira Audi to drop off my 2004 S4 on Friday 8/18/17. Willie said he would be there when I arrived at 7:30AM to accept the car, however, when I arrived at the appointed time, I was told Willie would not be in till around 8:30AM. I was also told upon arrival by a young lady at the counter that I could not drop my vehicle off on Fridays but Willie said this was fine. I came back around 8:30AM, but Willie still had not yet arrived. After going over the vehicle and ensuring Mike Seremet had all necessary paperwork, I was then shuttled to my home by Lao. I called sometime around Tuesday or Wednesday the 29th or 30th of August to check in as I had not heard any progress on my S4. I was told by Mike Ira Audi would try to return my S4 to me on or by Thursday, the 31st of August. This seemed to me as Ira Audi was trying to pad the books on numbers for the month. Later after speaking with Patrick O Neil on the 2nd attempt, Patrick mentioned Ira Audi was trying to meet monthly deadlines so they rushed and made a few mistakes along the way. This statement was made by a combination of Greg Ross and Ed, Bodyshop and Production Manager, respectively, which confirms why my S4 was not professionally completed upon the first attempt. Ed (Production Manager), Mike (Estimator), and Greg Ross (body shop manager) have all been involved but I have been leading the communication for status of my vehicle the entire time. 1st attempt (9/1/17) after dropping (left car on 8/18/17) my S4 off for light driver's side damage included: - Wrong: after-market wheel was ordered (center cap not fitting correctly), interior full of dust, scratches along the area that was painted (driver's side rear door), lower driver's side molding not being repaired when included in estimate and covered by insurance, polishing compound residual being left in door seams, cigarette lighter missing from center console, paint chipping underneath both front and rear driver's side door handles - Corrected: majority of original light scratches and scruffs not in two driver’s side doors and rear fender 2nd attempt (9/13/17) at pick-up included: - Wrong: paint chipping still underneath both driver's side front and rear doors handles, damage to lower driver's molding being painted over (not repaired but masked), dust still remaining in interior from body shop repair process, haze on front fender (not sure from what) - Corrected: OEM wheel ordered and installed, scratches from painted/repaired area removed 3rd attempt (9/25/17) included: - Wrong: overly aggressive paint bulge in driver's side rear door, driver's side front door handle still has chips underneath, found scratch down the driver's side roof line next to molding, missing driver's side windshield trim piece, overly coated paint (paint running and dried) on lower driver's door molding, tape left on driver's side door, paint line inside rear driver's side door archway - Corrected: Lower Driver’s side molding repaired, dust removed from interior, haze removed from fender (was told by Ed, Production Manager, whole driver’s side of car was painted) 4th attempt (9/29/17) included: - Wrong: Sagging Headliner, Gouged power mirror selector icons, clear coat drip on driver’s rear quarter, white splatters on front passenger bottom seat cushion, divots/permanent indentions in right rear seat, approximately an additional 100 miles added to odometer, light scratch along driver’s side roof rail, torn panic button on key/remote to vehicle - Corrected: replaced missing windshield trim, right rear inner fender trim out of alignment, clearcoat drip/dimple in driver’s rear fender, tape removed from driver’s door, overly aggressive paint bulge in driver’s side rear door I was not given an Audi as a loaner this entire time but a Toyota Camry, which should have been an Audi as that is the vehicle that was dropped off for repair. I would say a luxury brand such as Audi should be met with the same or better if customer service is something they strive to exceed. I do appreciate the loaner, however it has taken over a month to repair light scuffs on the driver's side front door, rear door and rear fender, which has not been completed to date More
