He is the most positive and helpful salesperson we have ever encountered. he processed us through an understanding of the various Audi models and options. The experience with him was almost "religious" , in-that he was passionate and obviously extremely dedicated to his product. I suspected that he was simply a fanatic when it comes to the Audi line. That opinion changed when we met the manager Anthony. He was so passionate and informative we were feeling as if we became infected with the Audi religion. These 2 men were incredibly aware of Audi's benefits, they were incredibly helpful in convincing us of the benefits of ownership, and they worked diligently to make us comfortable and enthusiastic about our purchase. I cannot say enough about how confident they made us in our selection. More
Oil change plus complimentary vehicle service inspection. Service here is usually good. There was a disagreement this time that I did express. The car was left and the engine light was not on. I was then called and told that it was on and if I'd like it turned off it would be 1/2 hour charged, $70 to turn it off. I complained about this and was refunded $70. Also the gentleman made it sound like it was a big favor and I should have been charged to retrieve the oil cap that I dropped and could see in the engine. I always though a check of the car was complimentary. I was getting an oil change in the first place. I think $100 for an oil change could cover grabbing the cap. More

The one down was that the detailing I paid for left me underwhelmed. Windows were not well-done and it seemed rushed. To be fair, it was rushed as there was a miscommunication at some point about the detailing. I would like to compliment all the employees I encountered as they couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. More
