In September 2024 they wanted around $1,800 to replace an A6 water pump based on book rate labor of several hours. Took less than 2. After complaining in the service review I got a $250 credit. In October 2025 I scheduled an oil change and was quoted $110. They charged me $136.99. After finding the discrepancy I called the service rep and asked why. He thought $110 was based on a 4 not 6-cylinder car. I pushed back because they know my car. He asked what I wanted, easy a refund for the difference. He started making meaningless statements and I realized I'd never see the refund. I told him Audi Peabody will never see my car again and I will tell everyone about their poor practices. It's only $27 which in today's inflation is not a lot of money. But it's the principle to me. More
