From the moment we entered the showroom and were personally greeted, until we signed over a check for our new A3, we felt like we were being treated like old friends. The test drives were on our terms-not some pre-determined course, the negotiations were above board, and we feel like we received a very fair price. In fact, another dealer could not even match what we negotiated with Ira. I would like to especially mention Michael (the general sales manager), Neysha(our sales person) and Nigel (the business person) as all very personable, honest and forthright people. They each seemed invested in our overall experience and doing the right thing. In fact, although there are a lot of extras you can choose to purchase when you sign the sales contract, we never felt pressured into any of those purchases. I recently went to Ira Audi looking for a pre-owned audi. Unfortunately I was not impressed or happy with how I was passed off to a younger sales person. Although I am young I was very serious about my purchase and planned on going through with it. I was initially approached by an older gentleman who said to take a seat and he would be right back with his business card and some information for me. To my surprise he didn't return but a salesperson who looked to be the same age as me came over to help me. To make matters worse, I was very specific with what I wanted and the salesperson was trying to push me towards a less expensive car that didn't have all of the things I wanted in a car. It was at that point where I truly lost interest in doing business there. Whether age played a factor or not I was insulted not to mention I never heard back from anyone at the dealership. My audi experience was ruined and I've since bought a different vehicle from another dealership and couldn't be happier. As for Ira, maybe next time a young girl walks into the showroom you should take her a little more seriously. Especially when this one went in looking to spend around $25k and ending up buying a car for $35k somewhere else. More
