I recently went to Ira Audi looking for a pre-owned audi. Unfortunately I was not impressed or happy with how I was passed off to a younger sales person. Although I am young I was very serious about my purchase and planned on going through with it. I was initially approached by an older gentleman who said to take a seat and he would be right back with his business card and some information for me. To my surprise he didn't return but a salesperson who looked to be the same age as me came over to help me. To make matters worse, I was very specific with what I wanted and the salesperson was trying to push me towards a less expensive car that didn't have all of the things I wanted in a car. It was at that point where I truly lost interest in doing business there. Whether age played a factor or not I was insulted not to mention I never heard back from anyone at the dealership. My audi experience was ruined and I've since bought a different vehicle from another dealership and couldn't be happier. As for Ira, maybe next time a young girl walks into the showroom you should take her a little more seriously. Especially when this one went in looking to spend around $25k and ending up buying a car for $35k somewhere else. More

Believe that Michael and Joe were able to offer me a great price on the car, and at no time did I feel pressure to buy. The finances of the car were handled by Nigel Slack, and he was also very professional and friendly, further making the process hassle free and enjoyable. Delivery of the car went smoothly, and Joe did a very nice job of explaining all the ins & outs of the car, and answering any of my questions. As a returning customer, I was treated very fairly w/ a recent transaction involving trading in my Audi and entering into a lease on a new one. Communication was flawless and prompt, whether it was through email, phone calls, or face to face. The atmosphere of the dealership is very cordial and sophisticated...yet not pretentious. For the transaction, I dealt primarily w/ the Gen Sales Mgr, Micheal Ackroyd...and had all my technical questions answered by Audi Brand Specialist, Brendan Conner. Based on my experience, I have to give "Two Thumbs Up"! I should probably throw in that I have had past dealing w/ the Service Dept as well, and found the Service Advisors to be very accomodating and helpful. More

My purchase this time was a 2010 S5 and I wanted what seemed to be the impossible black on black with a manual transmission. It took about a week but they located and secured me exactly what I was looking for and I'm more than happy to be driving one of the hottest rides in the Boston area. Every one that I dealt with at Ira made you feel like you business was truly appreciated and go that extra mile that you expect when you purchase a vehicle of this caliber and cost. All in all as long as Audi keeps making some of the hottest vehicles out there I don't see myself needing another dealership besides Ira Audi. More

I just bought a new Audi A6 at this dealership: A+ experience. Brendan (salesman) is a young guy who is a true 'car guy' and not only knows about all the technolgy, but also really understands how to experience. Michael (sales manager) closed the deal and said point blank, "I will do whatever it takes to sell you this car" and he not only delivered, he helped me out with some extras (like car mats) after the deal was closed. I recently purchased a new 2010 Audi A4 from Ira. I had very positive overall experience here and went with these guys even though there are closer dealerships nearby. Their approach to sales is straightforward, they are responsive, and I didn't walk out of there feeling the need to rush to the nearest shower to clean off the ooze (which is my normal experience with car dealers). I worked specifically with Mark Arvilla and Michael Ackroyd the general sales manager, who were both terrific. Two things they did that impressed me in particular: - They were able to locate a very specific car with the exact trim, color, and options I wanted, and they shipped it to Massachusetts from the Midwest without increasing the cost significantly. (I understand that their parent company owns a national trucking company and can transport cars at a lower price.) Another dealer completely whiffed on this. - We had, on an admittedly low price item, a misunderstanding of whether it was included in our final negotiated price. Although I think it was a legitimate misunderstanding, versus an attempt to slide something by me, they agreed to take the cost. I would definitely recommend Ira and will go back to them if I ever buy another Audi in New England. More
