Great customer service and no hard sales tactics. I had gone to the dealer service area and wasn't sure where the showroom was and Daniel came over to me and asked me if I needed any help. He was not a sales guy but went out of his way to help me and said the dealership is right down the street if you want to follow me. He brought me to the dealership and introduced me to Alan. They both were unbelievably helpful and no pressure like most os the sales guys out there. They showed me a RS7 and I loved it. There was no question that I had that they weren't able to answer. If you are looking to get one there is no other place that I would go than here. I also called the manager and complimented him on how professional his guys were!
