I had purchased my CPO 2012 Q5 in mid November and after having others ride in my car, it was brought to my attention that one of the vents was loose and the back seat cup holder was missing a plastic piece having others ride in my car, it was brought to my attention that one of the vents was loose and the back seat cup holder was missing a plastic piece. I dropped my car off on a Friday morning and a loaner was waiting so I could head right into work with no delays.
