From the minute we walked in the door until we signed the papers, Richard was a total professional. We typically dread the car buying experience due to the pushy sales staff. This is not the case with Richard. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and even when we told him we would be test driving another vehicle before we made the decision to buy, he did not pressure us or make us feel guilty.
