Had a terrible experience with Anthony one of the service advisors. My appointment was at 11am and he checked me in after waiting 40 mins for no apparent reason as I was the only customer in the service depa advisors. My appointment was at 11am and he checked me in after waiting 40 mins for no apparent reason as I was the only customer in the service department. Anthony blatantly refused to honor a service special that was sent to me and used in the past by making up exclusions that were NOT listed in the disclaimer. He was gone for hours without providing me with any updates on the progress on my car. I ended up waiting for over 4hrs at the dealership for a simple oil change. I’ve had good experience with Audi of Plano in the past but after working with Anthony, I won’t be returning for any future work on my cars. I highly encourage the Audi Plano leadership team to better train service advisors and not allow them to lie or racially profile customers. More
