I also met a young gentleman by the name of Robert (porter). He greeted me upon my arrival and had me in a loaner in no time. My only disappointment I have with Boardwalk is that it has a 4.9 rating. I must admit that this was a great car buying experience. I knew what I was looking for and explained that to the sales person (Ricki).
