Unfortunately I had a minor altercation with a cinder block and within four day my car was back at the shop. My service advisor was attentive, thorough, and very friendly. Overall, my time spent in and out of the service area was very accommodating. My only concern, is that in the future, the service department thoroughly cleans the exterior of the vehicles meaning cleaning the wheels and the removal of water spots after the vehicle has been washed. Personally, I would like to have the vehicle returned to me as though it was first delivered/purchased. A small wrinkle that can be corrected, but nonetheless my overall experience at this dealership was/has been very exceptional. More
