Have had a fantastic overall experience with the Team from Audi Plano. While searching for cars online to see what pre-owned inventory they had available, I found a car that I was interested in getting s from Audi Plano. While searching for cars online to see what pre-owned inventory they had available, I found a car that I was interested in getting some more information about. I scheduled a test drive online and the communication was just right in preparation for the test drive and dealer visit. Was greeted immediately and connected with my salesperson. We took a ride to the lot close by where the car was located and took it out for a drive. The salesperson did a great job walking me through the features, functions and information about the car. After the test drive, we went back to talk numbers. We were able to come a fair price quickly and the process for my trade was easy as well. It's my first Audi and I'm looking forward to working with the team here for years to come. More

I have been using Audi Plano for several years. I have worked with Bryan Cabrera for my repairs. He always makes an effort to get me a loaner car. He keeps me informed of the status of my car and h I have worked with Bryan Cabrera for my repairs. He always makes an effort to get me a loaner car. He keeps me informed of the status of my car and has worked with my extended warranty company to facilitate coverage other repairs were applicable. The tech will produce a short video detailing issues that warrant repair. The dealership is always clean and has free coffee and drinks and snacks for the customers if they are waiting. The waiting lobby area is spacious. More
