First and foremost Jaedon was very good easy to work with. Now for the meat, they had the car for approximately a month due to a part coming from Germany, can’t help that. When I picked up the car the SRS light was on, I am absolutely miffed how it left the techs bay like that as ODIS will tell you if there is a DTC active when you back out of the tool and calibrating the OCS after the seat is removed is kinda a 101 thing. Then the next delivery attempt as I am driving home I noticed the steering wheel is now off center, so back for them to fix that issue. This was a $4600.00 CP repair including replacement of the windshield, calibration of the camera, and replacing the seat track assembly. More

Lovely experience with sales rep- Adrian P, was personable and straight to the point with no fluff. Adrian (sales rep) got one member to call me (Michael) was told he would look into my file and call me in 15 minutes, 2 days have passed and no call back. Emailed not returned from a week ago to (Carlton) finance manager who said I would be receiving information a week from 1/25. 1 month since new lease and have not received any documentation via email, app, or mail on where to make payments or account information nor have they called the bank for previous lease to ground vehicle. Contacted Audi financial services and they do not show an account for me whom Carlton said new lease was through. Leaving me making payments on car that I surrendered to them and unable to make payments to vehicle I now have from them. Disappointed in the lack of communication and service provided for this ongoing issue More
