Worst buying experience I have had and I buy a lot of vehicles. First I bought 2021 Volkswagen atlas cross sport. My sales guy was Emaryi was great. This review has nothing to do with him. Once I decided to buy the vehicle I was sent to the Finance department where I was verbally beat up trying to sell me the extended warranty. I ended up giving in on the warranty once they lowered the cost. I then left and went home. That night I was playing with the car and noticed the remote start didn't work and there was a big crack in a chrome piece on the back. I called my sales guy and he told me to come back the next day. On the way to the dealership the next day my low pressure warning came on for back right tire. I get to dealership and go to look at tire and see nail in back left tire. This car was a certified pre owned. It was supposed to go through a rigorous inspection. They tell me they will fix the tire with the nail and check the other tire but wont fix cracked chrome piece. They gave me a loaner that had been smoked in so bad my family wouldn't let my son ride in it. I went back to get my car when they advisor said it should be done in a few hours. I get there and they had just ordered the tires. This dealership offers a 5 day 250 mile return policy. At this point I decided I wanted to return the car. Now the seem to care. The manager asked what they can do to make up for the bad experience. I tell them to replace all tires and fix chrome piece. They agreed to those terms. A week later I get my car back and after 4 days I am not happy with the car because of a vibration. They are now telling me the 5 day 250 miles return policy starts when you buy the car so they wont take it back. I have had possession of the car for 4 days. They had it in the shop the whole time. AVOID AT ALL COST! I have never had a experience like this before and I buy a car almost every year. More
