I love the service I receive at Audi Plano. I have serviced multiple vehicles there over the years. My service advisor, Bryan Cabrera, is always willing to accommodate my requests. Four Stars +, the only flaw is that only one key was given. An extra generic key fob cost me about $225 and was inconvenient to obtain. When trading a car, it is asked are two keys provided? The sales gimmicks and costs were minimal and less than any other dealer. The salesman, James Benjamin is excellent and very interested in customer satisfaction, I highly recommend this salesperson. Tracey was very prompt in returning all inquiries, sent very detailed pictures and videos, and tried to be as helpful as possible. The car wasn’t a great deal, but was a good deal. Miss leading information and run around experience. Its been two weeks and I still yet to receive my purchase sales paperwork. I call dealership to speak to management and no ownership.
