It was my first visit to Audi Plano and I waited about 20 minutes for help. In the middle of doing something else, Garelle noticed me and asked if I was being helped. The vehicle has some issues since I got it home, including a malfunction, and getting it booked in is proving more difficult than I expect. I am having to chase down the assigned person in the Service department to try and get in touch with him. As time goes on my rating of Audi Plano is decreasing. More

Although most people had a really bad condescending look on there face while we were there the gentleman that helped us was very nice. But we were in an Audi dealership buying a used ford. So I get that on there face while we were there the gentleman that helped us was very nice. But we were in an Audi dealership buying a used ford. So I get that we don’t fit there standard buyer profile that they want to see. The looks we were getting was expected I guess.
