I want to take the time out to thank Anna Hicks for helping with our trade in of a 2021 Audi Q3 Black Optic package for a bigger SUV. Me and my wife both realized we needed more room/space for travel. helping with our trade in of a 2021 Audi Q3 Black Optic package for a bigger SUV. Me and my wife both realized we needed more room/space for travel. We immediately was looking to get a Q7 or Q8 because of the built-in screen in the dashboard. Anna contacted me to turn in my lease early which would help with the remaining payments left on the current lease and drive away with something that we would really love to have. So I made the appointment to go in that weekend to check out the inventory of the Q7's and Q8's. I let my wife test drive both SUV's that Anna showed us in the lot, we both looked at each other and immediately knew which car we wanted which was the Q8 but wasn't sold on the one we test drove in the lot. Until we walked into the main showroom area and spotted the one inside and we both was sold on it.
