This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had been waiting on the new electric suv and Gino, my sales professional said he would call as soon as the demo model hit his dealership. He called me to come in for a test drive and I fell in love with the car. Gino Bresolin was amazing, he reached out several times over the past couple months and finally my specific color and model trim came in. Gino is super professional, gave me a detailed overview of how all the new technology works, took care of all the paperwork with a breeze and was treated with the highest level of respect. I would highly recommend Audi Plano for a top-quality customer service experience and Gino is the guy you want to ask for. More
* I asked the online salesman Erick to charge the Chevy Volt that I wanted to look at since it currently had 0 miles of charge on it, before I came for a test drive. I obviously did not want to buy a car Volt that I wanted to look at since it currently had 0 miles of charge on it, before I came for a test drive. I obviously did not want to buy a car without knowing if it would charge. He refused and said he could only do that if I was going to buy the car. Poor Customer Service and showed ignorance on his part about how the Volt works. I brought this to the attention of the manager and he referred me to a different salesperson, Garelle, who immediately charged the car and set up a time to meet with me. We wound up buying this car through Garelle and would use him again in the future. * The finance person, Joanna (I think), was very unpleasant to work with. We waited 1 hr 45 min outside her office before meeting with her and nobody was in her office with her during that time. The car already has warranty left so I told her from the beginning I did not want to hear about the warranty plans. She said she had to tell me anyway, I stopped her and she acted standoffish after that. When I got home I realized she did not mention how I would be receiving the license plates, so I emailed her. That was 5 days ago and have still not heard back from her. * When I was driving the car home after being detailed, I noticed the driver floor mat was missing. I asked my salesman about it and he said he would check with the detailing shop to see if it was there. Again, that has been 5 days and I haven't heard back. More
The entire purchase process was painless but lengthy. The used vehicle was at a different location so that added time to the process and we had to wait for it to be cleaned.
