Audi Plano and Gino went above and beyond to both get us what we were looking for, and guide us through what is not the easiest process to get the specific car we were looking for (a new Q7). I would love to say exactly how amazing Mr. Tommy Stewart was when purchasing my vehicle. When I first arrived I was barely greeted but then Mr. Stewart spoke up and was like hi , how many we h Tommy Stewart was when purchasing my vehicle. When I first arrived I was barely greeted but then Mr. Stewart spoke up and was like hi , how many we help you? I told him I was looking for a vehicle and then he was like awesome and asked the gentleman that was standing next to him I believe his name was Mr James and James acted as if he was too good to help me so Tommy took it upon himself and was like no worries I'll gladly help you. So we went through the process of search for my dream vehicle, I had an issue that I needed to resolve and informed Mr Stewart that I will be back the following day so he had me speak to his manager ( who also at first did not want to speak to me) wanted to still try and sell the vehicle to me after I informed him I had a issue I needed to resolve and that I would be back the next day. So the next day I came in spoke with Mr Tommy again went through some more vehicles of choice and finally landed on the Q5 which I am ecstatic to have in my possession. I just want to say thank you again to Mr Tommy for the excellent customer service and being the friendly car salesman you were to me. It really meant a lot to me especially with everything I had going on at the time!!! More
AWFUL. I cannot imagine anyone having a good experience here unless they never buy cars. First of all when I bought this Audi there their finance director I cannot imagine anyone having a good experience here unless they never buy cars. First of all when I bought this Audi there their finance director lied to me. Flat out lied. Told me Bank of America was over 6%. I had already applied there and just didn't get the letter yet and was in a rush so I took their higher interest rate of 5% plus because it was business. When I got the letter it was 3.2%. They don't give the dealers different rates unless they wanted two points on me. Totally took advantage of the situation. I told them...GM didn't care. Just apologized. Not really helping me lower this bill but ok. THEN two weeks ago after owning the car for only about 4 months we were just selling it back to them. They offered us $79K. We parked it and just got a little busy. I wrote them this am and asked if that offer was still good I'd bring it by. They told me yes and to bring it in. After wasting my time, my wifes time, dragging my 4 kids down there for no reason they reduced it $2000 for no reason. After telling me the offer was good, same exact car certified, bought there they tried to take advantage again. Well I bought 5 cars this year alone. 3 of which from Auto Nation.....NEVER AGAIN. Absolutely pathetic level of customer service. Adding insult to injury I sent my neighbor there to get an SQ8 after telling them I loved my Audi..(car...not dealership) Just warned him on finance. He called and asked them if they were selling over ask or Fees and they said no. After being there 1.5 hours before dinner they marked it up $10K (which not all dealerships are doing right now) and wasted his time too. They don't care and they really should. There are cars on their floor that were there 4 months ago. That means they are overpriced geniuses. Someone there isn't bad at math. That $2k cost them 50X more in sales with me over the years. That whole place needs to be scrubbed and replaced with non shady staff. Good luck....if you think that place is good ignorance is bliss. More
